Books may be ordered from your local bookseller, library supplier, internet resource, or direct from the publisher. Prepayment from individuals is required. MasterCard and Visa are accepted as are checks payable in US Dollars and drawn on an American bank.

All books are fully guaranteed. Return authorization should be requested from customer service. Books are shipped via UPS Ground unless prior arrangements have been made. Orders are generally processed within 3 working days of receipt. International orders are generally shipped via First Class Mail International, maximum weight four pounds (64 oz.).
