Returns Policy and Procedure


Trade customers may return recently published books for full credit excluding shipping charges within 60 days from the date of the original invoice; thereafter no credit will be issued. A return authorization is required and may be requested via fax to (508) 888-3733. Included with the request must be a copy of your original invoice and a description of the books to be returned. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a return authorization by fax or email (please indicate your preference) with instructions for shipping the books to our warehouse. Kindly pack books carefully. Include a copy of the authorization within the package. Only books in mint saleable condition will be accepted. The decision of the warehouse receiving department regarding salability is final and no damaged books will be returned to the shipper. Books returned without prior authorization will be refused by our warehouse.

Charge Backs

To receive credit, charge backs for incomplete or missing shipments must be reported no later than 60 days from the invoice date. On average, all incoming purchase orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt and shipped within four working days thereafter.
